Temple Lock lies on the River Thames, 1.03 km (0.64 mi) downstream from Hurley Lock and 3.13 km (1.94 mi) upstream from Marlow Lock.

Beyond the lock
It is only a short walk of perhaps 20 minutes from Temple Lock to the equally pretty Hurley Lock. Along the way you cross Temple Footbridge, which gives you some wonderful views up and down the River Thames.
